A Latina in New York, Designing Her Own Dream

Creating a clothing brand was always on my list of dreams and New York became the place where that dream finally took shape.

For me, fashion has always been more than style, it’s how we express who we are becoming. As women, we carry many versions of ourselves: strong, soft, evolving, and beautifully imperfect. We all want to feel good, look good, and grow into our best selves.

Elastica was born from that belief and from my fascination with how the female body adapts and transforms. Our bodies stretch with every change: a growing belly, a shifting cycle, a new season of life. That stretch isn’t just physical to us, it’s a symbol of our capacity to expand, to adapt, and to become.

As a Venezuelan living in New York, I wanted to create a brand that honored that movement, the emotional, cultural, and personal kind. Elastica is made for real women in real motion: pieces that adjust where they should, highlight what we love, and embrace every curve and process with confidence.

My goal is simple: to remind women to love their bodies in every stage, to dress for their evolution, and to wear comfort as a form of power.
