What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

If I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We use trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS through Shopify Shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the U.S. typically takes:
• Standard shipping: 3–6 business days
• Express options may be available at checkout for faster delivery

Please note that delivery time may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

What if I’m not happy with my order? Can it be returned?
Absolutely. If you’re not in love with your Elástica piece, you can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached
• Returned in its original condition

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, just email us at style@elasticawear.com with your order number and reason for return.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
To cancel, email us at style@elasticawear.com as soon as possible.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you made a mistake with your shipping address, please email us immediately at style@elasticawear.com.
We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is processed.

Please note: If the package has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
We typically respond within 24 hours, so keep an eye on your inbox.
